not sure I understand your demand, if you do an eigenfrequency analysis, the displacements you get are arbitrary values, scalable depending on your normalisation settings, they can only be used for relative shape comparison, no absolute value are of use.
And this is a FEATURE not a bug, based on the way one do eigenfrequency calculations
